The Boardroom Practice offers a comprehensive range of services, all aimed at helping to increase your organisation’s standards of corporate governance.

Our starting point is to review your organisation’s current Board practices and governance standards, enabling your Board to critically assess and positively improve its governance standards and practices. The review may extend to links between Board and Management, as well as to links between Board and Ownership.

This review also enables us to recommend the best next steps towards governance best practice. Depending on the nature of your organisation, these can include focused evaluations (e.g. of your Board Charter or Codes of Business Practice), governance audits for compliance and conformance, or a customised governance course or programme.

Our clients are able to come to us anytime for governance advice, either in terms of general governance best practice or in relation to a specific issue or conflict that needs to be resolved. We provide one-on-one mentoring for Board members and Directors, as well as profiling, identification and induction for new (independent) Directors.
