he Boardroom Practice Limited (TBPL) offers a variety of courses customised to the needs of particular groups, companies and not-for-profit entities. In each case the offerings are for group settings but tailored in terms of:
- Content
- Practical exercises
- Length
- Style
to the particular client group. These are not "public" courses in the sense of being generic but rather closely targeted modules which address the specific needs of particular organisations at particular times. This approach allows TBPL to ensure that the entire of a given course is devoted to matters of relevance.

Governance and Board Procedure and Operational Products
TBPL offers a series of pre-packaged "kits" which assist directors, boards and those supporting them to operationalise their governance requirements. The kits provide:
- Forms and codes for undertaking routine board procedures.
- Examples of letters, reports and outlines for various activities boards are required to undertake.
- Check lists for undertaking various tasks such as business case preparation and management reporting.
In each case the kits have been developed through the experience of TBPL principals in their work as active directors of commercial and not-for-profit organisations in both the public and the private sector.
The two main products in this area are:
- The Board Starter Kit - for entities establishing boards for the first time; and,
- The Board's Procedures and Processes Manual - a guide to routine board operations.
