The Boardroom Practice Limited conducts the following training courses for corporate governance training to prospective and existing Company Directors.

General Competencies and Experience

The courses offered cover skills, competencies and practice which TBPL believes are critical underpinnings for any successful director. We note that in the selection criteria typically applied in both the public and private sector in choosing directors, considerable emphasis is given to these generic areas.

The additional emphasis on development, induction and introduction of senior management to these areas helps underpin the succession planning which ought to form a centre piece in the management of a portfolio of companies run by Board’s of Directors.


Specialist Areas

TBPL sees the specialist courses as supplementing the general areas covered above. Although the specialist courses are stand alone, the working assumption is that directors taking these courses will have acquired the training and experience implied in the general courses.
